How was your 2022? Mine flew somehow. I still can’t really believe it’s December already and am really putting myself to think about next year’s plan!
Here are my offer of workshops for the new year. As before I am keeping the class size small for participants to have a good experience.
There will be beautiful lunches provided by a local food artisan on the day. Freshly brewed tea and coffee are available as much as you like!
Please bring own sewing machine, tools and material as required. Additional materials and tools are available from the studio.
Workshops will run from 10.00 until around 16.00
Your place will be secured with the payment of deposit, €25. A link to download a requirement list will be given with the booking payment receipt.
5th February
Quilt as you go bag making
With ‘quilt as you go’ technique, you can make something simple but beautiful quilted item really quickly. One side of bag features herring bone pattern and the other side has a outer pocket.
In the class, you will learn basic steps of simple bag making.
Bag closure can be added as a optional with a button or zip.
Please bring own sewing machine and material required.

19th February
Free motion quilting for starting level and with some experience.
Introduction course
Starting with setting up of the machine, learn the basic of how to free motion quilt and learn basic shapes.
Get comfortable with free motion quilting and come over the fear!
Later in the day you will make a cushion cover size quilt.
Please bring own sewing machine and material required.

25th March
Improv piecing patchwork
Use up small and big scraps. Odd fabrics you don’t know why you have anymore. And that fabric you actually don’t like or afraid to use….
You can make something small wall hanging art piece or parts of a big quilts.
This workshop will be more conversational and experience focused rather than completing a project.
Please bring own sewing machine and material required.
This workshop is open for up to 4 people.
